Weekly Pay! 3 Month Contract Pay Rate - $25/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week Job Description The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the daily service needs of commercial insurance clients. This role assists with policy administration, responds to client inquiries, and ensures accurate and timely handling of commercial property and casualty insurance accounts. The representative will work closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain policy documents, process changes, and deliver high-quality customer service. Responsibilities Include: Provide responsive and professional service to commercial lines clients regarding coverage, billing, policy changes, and general inquiries. Assist with policy processing, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and documentation. Support producers and account managers in managing commercial accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency standards. Communicate effectively with insurance carriers to obtain information, resolve issues, and process client requests. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for correspondence, reporting, and documentation. Required Education, Experience, Skills and Certifications Bachelors degree in a related field required. 1 year of experience with commercial lines insurance accounts in lieu of degree. 3 years of experience preferred. Must have Property and Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of start date Must have experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Commercial lines Property and Casualty insurance knowledge | |
