Weekly Pay! $52.00/Hour 3-month assignment with potential for extension. 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM Monday - Friday. Hybrid shift with 3 days per week in the Conshohocken office. Overview We are seeking an experienced Online Content Specialist to join our E-commerce and Marketing team. This role supports ongoing digital initiatives by managing and optimizing web content to enhance customer engagement and align with commercial objectives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with digital content management systems (CMS), UX/UI awareness, and a strong understanding of how web content supports broader marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end digital content process ? from planning and localization to publishing ? to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with commercial priorities. Adjust and adapt global or corporate materials for local markets to ensure messaging consistency and local relevance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, SEO, digital performance, and marketing campaign management, to ensure cohesive delivery of content. Create new content as needed, lead adaptation efforts, and ensure all materials are optimized for search visibility and user experience. Coordinate and execute A/B testing in alignment with group digital guidelines. Manage digital assets and ensure proper organization, quality, and accessibility within content systems. Regularly review published content, identify improvement opportunities, and make updates to enhance user experience and performance. Lead hands-on updates in CMS tools and support campaign execution within digital platforms. Contribute to the continuous improvement of editorial workflows, efficiency, and quality. Participate actively in cross-departmental collaboration (e.g., Digital, Customer Fulfillment, Communications, Sustainability, Finance, and People & Culture). Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor?s degree or formal qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3?5 years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or similar roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing web content in CMS tools. Strong creative writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience adapting messaging for web audiences. Solid understanding of digital content creation, SEO principles, and the connection between content and search performance. Ability to manage multiple content projects and campaigns simultaneously. Good knowledge of marketing technology, online customer behavior, and multi-channel strategies. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently within scope and deadlines. Preferred Skills and Knowledge Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and Web Accessibility (ADA) standards. UX experience (hands-on experience preferred over indirect collaboration). Familiarity with CRM and 1:1 marketing content approaches. Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven content optimization.
