JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our client in Troy,MI! Pay $40.00/Hour This position will ensure continuity of regional and global processes, procedures and continued improvements within the Americas customer service team. Customer Representatives are the central contact persons for our customers and the internal contact person for all issues directly or indirectly related to customer orders. They are responsible for processing all inquiries from assigned customers within the framework of general guidelines for the Mexico region. Spanish speaking requirement. ? Receives, processes and monitors sales orders including, obtaining required information from the customer. Confirm material availability, confirm pricing and enter all information into ERP system. . ? Ensuring proper invoicing and document processing of all deliveries made. ? Alignment & problem solving with Product Planning and Transport ? Create and collaborate with other departments on customer communications for the Mexico region. ? Processing of complaints, returns, subsequent charges and credit/debit note creation. ? Management of consignment stocks and distribution warehouses as well as support with the annual inventory. Consignment reconciliation and execution is completed to the contracts ? Ensure EOM activities are closed for the month in all entities within Mexico and to the scheduled close date required by the business. ? Maintenance of customer files as well as recording and updating of customer-specific master data . ? Use dedicated tools to monitor and manage credit block release requests, air shipments (ad hoc), review open orders, review account balance with finance. ? Work directly with the Regional and Global Financial Control teams to maintain acceptable account balances within the OTC processes including dunning. Spanish speaking. Minimum: Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience in B2B, Customer Service. Within the MX region preferred. Speaks Spanish fluently, understanding of Logistics, IMEX and MX regulation in Invoicing. | |
