Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Driver. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Duties: *Utilize order picking equipment such as forklifts or hand-held devices to locate and retrieve items from designated storage areas *Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to provided instructions *Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and completeness *Prepare orders for shipment by properly labeling, sealing, and staging them for delivery *Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Requirements: *MUST have at least 6+ months of Forklift experience with the Reach Truck *MUST have a valid up-to-date 3rd party Forklift Certification OR be willing to obtain one prior to starting *Proficient in order fulfillment processes, including order picking, packing, and shipping receiving *Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus *Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work weekends and OT as needed Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. (plus OT and weekends as needed) | |
