Job description We're currently in need of 4 warehouse clerks! Shift: Monday through Friday / some Saturday's 8am-4:30pm (might change to 6am-2:30pm) Daily overtime will be required based on volume. Compensation: Range is $20-$21/hr/hour dependent on relevant warehouse clerk experience Here are just some things a warehouse clerk will do: Receive and process outbound orders using a WMS system or SAP. Prepare routing information, schedule appointments with carriers, and shipping documents. Prepare any follow-up to ensure delivery can be made by the specified dates required. Initiate tracers with carriers. Adjust or cancel orders and process inbound returns as requested. Access customer's online shipping or receiving programs and update records for individual accounts. Here is what we're looking for: 6 months+ in a high-volume warehouse environment (3PL strongly preferred). Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Multi-task. Good customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful).
