Weekly Pay! $23.92/Hour Shift Details : 1st shift Day starts at : 07:00AM Day Ends at : 05:00PM Working days: Monday through Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries. Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal ID numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation, ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos, and issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments. Pay employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; prepare checks as needed. Protect the organization?s value by keeping information confidential and continuously seeking to improve the payment process. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Process customer credits. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor?s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum 4+ years of proven working experience as an accounts payable clerk. Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft). High-volume data entry in a fast-paced setting.
