Job Description
The Associate Information Management Analyst is responsible for applying technical and operational expertise to the membership process by acting as subject matter expert for HOME and the Roster. This role is a support analyst to support the AdvantageTrust membership request including but not limited to reorganizations and company implementations.

What you will do in this role:

Support the AdvantageTrust rostering team with HPG process and updates
Support training new Membership employees on membership systems, forms and processes.
Manage membership changes, additions and deletions made in the HPG membership database to ensure processes and timelines are established.
Work with Rebate team and vendors to help ensure membership lists reflect accurate HPG member data for fee reporting.
Support the Manager with Re-org requests
Support training new Account Directors/Managers on Membership forms and processes.
Work with Legal and Pharmacy Integration Manager to improve work flow.
Create and update membership processes for HPG andAdvantage Trust, needed.
Respond to routine vendor inquiries via email or phone.
Perform membership data audits to ensure data integrity.
Participate in GS1?s conference calls, seminars and webinars. Collaborate with other GPO?s to
implement training materials to the GLN user guide.
Act as back up the GLN Editor or GLN Approver role for assignments and maintenance.
Work with other GPO?s to reduce GLN duplication made in the GS1 registry.
Assist in the New Member Implementation Rostering Workstream
What qualifications you will need:

College Graduate Preferred
Minimum two years of experience as a Membership Analyst
