Weekly Pay! $22.23/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift Start at: 08:00 AM End at: Ends at shift completion. Must be available to work as late as 6:00 PM. Working Days: Sunday - Friday, Saturdays off, plus an additional day off during the week. MUST have Forklift and ride on pallet jack experience. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate with proven experience operating stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks. This role is essential to our operations, focusing on the efficient movement, storage, and organization of inbound produce and finished goods within our facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate stand-up forklifts and riding pallet jacks to shuttle raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse. Receive, account for, and put away all inbound produce, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO ? First In, First Out). Break down and wrap pallets for storage or shipment as needed. Utilize an RF (radio frequency) gun to put away and replenish product inventory. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas, including removal of empty pallets, tape, wrap, or wires. Ensure selection slots are properly stocked and organized. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Schedule & Compensation Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment. At least 6 months of proficient experience operating a stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack required. Basic knowledge of fresh produce is preferred. Experience with replenishment, product cycling, RF scanners, and returns functions is a plus. Must have strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to perform work assignments at an acceptable productivity level and interact professionally with team members. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, squat, turn, and walk throughout the shift. Lift and move cases weighing up to 75 lbs. continuously, to and from various heights (floor, knee, waist, shoulder, overhead). Use hands and fingers to apply labels and operate equipment controls. Must have the ability to communicate clearly, hear warning horns, and possess specific vision abilities (close or distance vision, depth perception, color and peripheral vision, and focus adjustment). Exhibit high levels of endurance, energy, and strength to meet the physical demands of the role. Work Environment: Must be able to work in confined spaces and adapt to varying warehouse conditions.
