We are now hiring Equipment Associates in Tulsa, OK. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth branch operations while delivering exceptional customer service. In this hands-on position, you'll support service technicians, sales staff, and branch personnel in meeting our customers' equipment rental needs. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude to become a valuable asset to our team. Pay and Work Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM, Possibly some flex outside of this scheduled hours Pay Rate: $20.65/hour Benefits: 401k Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Weekly Pay on Fridays Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Inspection: Check returned equipment for damage, hours used, mileage, and fuel levels; inspect for safety compliance and proper working order Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, checkout and demonstrate equipment, and support counter operations Equipment Preparation: Clean, paint, and prepare rental equipment; build modular equipment as needed Loading & Delivery: Load/unload trucks, prepare equipment for rental, and drive delivery trucks for pick-up and drop-off General Support: Provide labor assistance to operations staff and maintain clean, organized work areas Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and report machine conditions to management Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities Strong teamwork skills and ability to multitask Eagerness to learn and adapt Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 75 lbs) Ability to work in various weather conditions (hot and cold) Comfortable working at heights above 10 feet occasionally Ability to wear required safety equipment (respirator, hearing protection) Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, kneeling, and working with arms raised for extended periods Walking and standing on concrete and uneven surfaces for at least 4 hours daily Climbing over and into heavy equipment multiple times per day Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment parts Ability to work in environments with bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, or fumes What We Provide Steel toe boots required (employee responsibility) Safety vest, safety glasses, and hard hat provided by company Comprehensive training and development opportunities Ready to Join Our Team?
