Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift Starts at: 06:00AM End at: 06:00PM Working days: 2-2-3-3 schedule, rotating days Job Description: Responsible for operating equipment in department safely and producing quality products per documentation. Perform quality checks, changeovers, SAP data entries, and basic troubleshooting. Ensures compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, and federal safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Duties or Responsibilities: Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning or sanitizing Perform visual inspections Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks Perform rework Cross train where needed within the department to support the business Maintain all quality and GMP standards Perform needed SAP data entries Require the use of 10x microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges Other duties as required to support the needs of the business Education: High School diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing experience is preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Work effectively on own, or in a team atmosphere Proficient Ability to maintain a neat, clean and orderly work area Proficient Willingness and ability to train others - Proficient Teamwork ?
