Schedule: Monday?Friday, 37.5 hours/week Compensation: Weekly pay Are you passionate about supporting students in their communication and learning journey? We're seeking a dedicated Speech Para Facilitator to work in-person with students receiving virtual speech and language services from a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). In this essential role, you will serve as the on-site support for students during their virtual speech therapy sessions. You?ll help set up and manage technology, ensure students are engaged and prepared, and maintain a positive and structured learning environment in coordination with the remote SLP. Key Responsibilities: Assist students during scheduled virtual speech therapy sessions Support proper use and setup of technology (e.g., laptops, headphones, video conferencing tools) Help students stay focused and engaged throughout each session Communicate regularly with the remote SLP to coordinate session logistics and student progress Manage student behavior and maintain a calm, supportive learning environment Document student participation and other relevant information as needed Qualifications: Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting Comfortable with basic technology and troubleshooting (e.g., video calls, logins, device setup) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with remote team members Dependable, organized, and student-focused High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or paraprofessional certification preferred Pass a drug screen and fingerprint/background check Reliable transportation required This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in special education, speech-language pathology, or school-based support roles.
