Shift: 3rd shift, 9pm-5:30am
Temp to hire!
1 year of manufacturing experience required.
Steel toed shoes required.


* Requires specific knowledge of general heat treat requirements for aluminum, titanium, nickel based alloys, stainless, and alloy steels
* Must be familiar with Heat Treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat treating. * Must be familiar with the operation, adjustment and routine maintenance of all furnace controllers. * Under the direction of an operator will batch loads for optimum productivity
* Will be trained and under guidance will set thermal couple, prepare load per optimal heat distribution of load
* Unload furnaces
* Responsible for heat treat and process furnace accuracy and uniformity surveys
* Ability to move parts on and off pallets
* Interpret hardness rating utilizing measuring tools and standards
* Places work piece into a heating furnace for a specified period of time
* Will be responsible for Hardness testing, utilizing specific calibrated hardness testing equipment
* Must have understanding and knowledge of company procedures and work instructions
* Maintains a safe and organized workstation and follows all company policy, safety and procedures.

Skill/Knowledge:
* High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 3 years of relative manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
* Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
* Basic computer knowledge preferred
* Must be certified to operate a forklift to approved O.S.H.A. standards
* Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
* Frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
* Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
