Monday-Friday 8:30Am-4:30PM 33.00 an hour Health benefit, 401k Weekly pay What You?ll Be Doing: Get hands-on in a lab where packaging meets precision! You'll play a key role in testing, evaluating, and supporting the packaging of life-saving medical devices. No two days are exactly the same, and your curiosity and attention to detail will help keep everything running smoothly. Your main missions (should you choose to accept them): ? Run package testing using industry methods and protocols ? Write clear, accurate lab reports ? Help keep the lab clean, stocked, and organized ? Pitch in on administrative tasks like POs, chemical inventory, and safety audits ? Jump into other duties as needed?because you?re flexible like that What We?re Looking For: ? Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in Science or Engineering (Packaging Engineering or Technology gets bonus points!) ? 1?3 years of lab experience (packaging testing in med device or pharma = major plus) ? Familiarity with good lab practices ? Confidence using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams ? Comfortable with computerized lab equipment (and not afraid to press buttons!) ? Strong reading comprehension?technical documents, procedures, and test methods won?t scare you ? Curious and resourceful?you know how to dig for answers ? Able to translate tech talk into real-world test requirements Physical Stuff: ? Lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, sometimes up to 50 lbs ? Use your hands for measuring, testing, and precision work Your Work Environment: ? A mix of office and lab life ? Routine exposure to tools, machinery, and testing equipment ?
