JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Production Associate I for our client in Northwood, OH! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.50/Hour Shift Details : 2nd shift (two 15 minutes breaks and a 30 minute lunch) Day starts at : 12:00PM Day Ends at : 08:30PM Working days : Monday - Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: Day-to-day job duties: moving carts to production to the packing side or in the poultry room, where they can be taking turkey out of the package and wrapping bacon around it, and putting it back into the package. (Very light work) where the contractor will start out until comfortable. Once comfortable, they will be given more responsibilities. Responsible for managing or performing work associated with converting raw materials and components into finished goods, including General production manufacturing work Assembling finished components or parts into finished products Responsible for the staging area, ensuring the cleanliness of the room and all raw product storage, removing all empty boxes and trash, minimizing the possibility of an accident to self and others, reporting any incident or accidents immediately to the department manager, should possess ability to function as one of a team, as well as to complete duties safely, must be certified by the Safety Manager to operate Industrial equipment, and able to stand for long hours and work in a cold environment. Requirements include ability to lift up to 75 pounds and have a high school diploma. Environment: Factory setting, meat cutting facility, cold 32 degrees Equipment: Assisting the worker who is using the machine. moving meat carts from 1 room to another. Steel Toe Shoes/Boots: Yes Dress Attire: sweatpants, jeans, hoodies, wear layers. | |
