Shift details : 1st shift
Day starts at : 08:00AM or 09:00AM
Day Ends at : 05:00PM or 06:00PM
Working days : Monday - Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Day to Day:
scanning documents into Workday, helping out with orientations, making badges, will be helping out with payroll, so would be nice to have some experience.
Working with TA to send out schedules on when new hires should be showing up.
Pretty much anything that encompasses orientations and following up with candidates.

Would be nice to have Workday experience or Etime Experience.

They want someone with great communication skills both oral and written, plus basic knowledge of Excel.

They want the worker to have positive energy, and positive vibes.
Someone that is personable and approachable.

0-3 Years of Experience, This position supports HR Manager and HRBP to successfully implement local initiatives, and execute regional and corporate programs.
Help to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout the OpCo to deliver business goals.
Responsibilities include executing of transactional core HR processes (e.g. coordinate and conduct new associate orientation, onboarding and, transitional return to work, leave administration, etc.), providing coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure, supporting hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans, supporting and maintaining eTime system and payroll-related activities, supporting HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture, administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
Requirements include experience in Human Resources , employee relations preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
