Weekly Pay! $26.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift Start from: 06:00AM End from: 03:30PM or 04:30PM (1/2 hour unpaid lunch) Working days: Monday through Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: Welding role where the candidate will be MIG welding on Steel pipes. The welding will be done by a machine but must have some welding experience to understand the quality of the welds. Weld test will be completed and candidate must arrive to the interview with weld helmet to complete the test. Must haves: 1 year of MIG welding experience 1 year Machine operation experience Responsibilities: Be responsible for welding carbon outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry. Perform specialty welding tasks spool pieces, flanges, etc. Mig welding working with Carbon Steel and Galvanized. Qualifications: Welding experience is strongly preferred-Mig Welding in Flat position General computer skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Weld outlets onto steel pipe to serve the fire sprinkler industry Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc. Inspects work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seem splits in pipe Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance Reports all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and requires repairs | |
