Shift Timings : 1st shift and 2nd shift
1st Shift : 08:00AM - 04:00PM
2nd Shift : 09:00PM - 05:00AM
Working Days : Monday- Friday
Work type : Hybrid ? Remote (Onsite Tuesday to Thursday)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A customer service assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers.
If customers want to place an order, find information, get advice, return a purchase or make a complaint, they will invariably talk to a customer service assistant.
The job is ubiquitous in business every company has customers to care for -- and may go by other titles, such as information assistant or retail assistant.
Customer service assistants may work with customers by phone, online or in person.

Bilingual is encouraged but not required
Skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills in Call Center

Required:

Customer service background
Basic Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Should be able to do basic data entry, upload files, and manipulate data
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment

Preferred:

Call center experience
SAP experience (not required; can be taught)
