JobsRUs.com is seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operators to join our dynamic team in the medical utilit industry We are looking for motivated, organized warehouse operators, material handlers to join our team. Mon - Fri 7 am- 3:45 pm Compensation Pay: $17.25 Medical, dental, vision, 401k included. Qualifications: Highschool Diploma 1+ yr experience in a warehouse environment Summary: The warehouse operators will be tasked with checking manifests, pulling orders. This is a picking, packing and material handling type position, pulling orders for international and domestic orders. Uses a variety of equipment such as, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain records. Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision. Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations. Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment. General computer skills. The job can require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs. The position will have exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions and vibration. Occasionally the position will have exposure to work in high, precarious places and fumes/airborne particles. It is hot in the summer months (no AC) and cold in the winter months (limited heating).
