Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team in the Medical Devices industry. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and enhance cutting-edge medical devices that make a real difference in patients' lives. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including biomedical engineers, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Your inputs will be crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and user-friendliness. You will be tasked with conducting thorough analysis and simulations to optimize mechanical systems and components.


Shift 3pm-11:30pm
Compensation: $24/hr
Medical, Dental, Vision 401k


Design and develop medical devices and components using CAD software.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product designs.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems with electrical and software components.
Perform tests and evaluations to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Analyze and optimize existing product designs for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.


Proven experience in mechanical design and analysis, preferably in the medical devices industry.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to medical devices.
Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. BD04123JD
