JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Selector I for our client in Warrendale PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift Details: 3rd Shift Starts at: 05:30PM Ends at: until work is done Working Days: Sunday - Friday (off Saturday and one day during the week JOB DESCRIPTION: Has experience in a Traditional Warehouse Setting (there are no conveyor belts at this facility candidates Must be OK on their feet for 10-12 hours per day, and have good spatial awareness as workers are moving constantly around the facility) Able to pick 100-140 items per hour. An average order is probably around 40 pieces but it can be highly variable. Some are quite a bit larger than others for example a weekend from a large restaurant chain order can be over 100 pieces easily. Selection experienced preferred. But as long as the worker has warehouse experience, we will consider and can train them on order selection Typically after around 4 weeks we would expect to see a viable candidate at 80-100 pcs per hour. At or above 100 after 6 weeks. Electric Pallet Jack (required) and stand-up Reach Truck (preferred as they will be using this if converted). Having worked in/be Ok working in cold/wet environment and can provide their own PPE for the cold. Proof of a good attendance record (having worked at all previous employers for min 6 months over the past 2 years) min 6 months of selecting experience. Able to lift up to 50lbs (individually). | |
