Join a well-known automotive parts manufacturing facility in the Saline, MI area!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling various automotive components with precision and care. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. As an assembler, you will work closely with other team members in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict production schedules while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in automotive assembly and contribute to the production of vehicles that meet rigorous safety and performance standards. Successful applicants will possess excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to follow detailed instructions.


Shift Flexibility Required ? Candidates must be available to work any shift.

Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. ? 2:00 p.m.
2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. ? 10:00 p.m.
3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m. ? 6:00 a.m.

Base Pay: $16.00/hour

Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive components according to specifications and work instructions
Conduct quality checks to ensure that finished products meet required standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the assembly process

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8?10 hours.
Strong attendance record and reliability.
