Pay Rate - $21/hr
3rd Shift: 10:20pm-6:20am

Job Description
To perform visual and dimensional inspections and record all required data. Interpret results of visual and dimensional inspections and recommend appropriate action in accordance with referenced repair specifications, accepted industry and shop practices. Document and test the required inspection of components. Perform required process control actions to ensure equipment and materials meet minimum requirements prior to inspections.

PRE-REQUISITE REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to use hand & power tools safely.
3. Prior auto body repair or grinding experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience with fiberglass & resin repair.
2. Ability to work in protective suit, mask, respirator, and gloves.
3. Ability to read, write and understand metric measuring system.
4. Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis
5. Sit, stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours/day
6. Available for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off days

1. Receive and perform work assignments, oral and/or written and follow work instructions.
2. Accurately report findings of inspections to operations, supervisor, etc.
3. Document finish and repair tasks as required.
4. Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of repair equipment to finish, inspect, and evaluate parts per accepted industry standards.
5. Perform inspections as required.
6. Work with or under the direction of managers or engineers.
7. Follow all applicable specifications and procedures regarding the performance of shop operations.
8. Use all required safety equipment and follow established safety procedures.
9. Provide technical direction and training to other employees as required.
10. Keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
11. Support and apply team concepts in daily activities.
