Working Days : Monday through Thursday

DESCRIPTION:

Development of monthly social media communication materials (assets, copy, etc.) that are relevant, engaging, and aligned with the client brand. This includes, but not limited to, images, videos, live streams, GIFs, carousels, stories, and giveaways.
Manage the development and execution of paid social media campaigns with stakeholders and agencies.
Deliver projects/initiatives on-time, within budget, and within scope.
Community and crisis management across client North America?s social channels.
Partner with subject matter experts, management, and legal to handle questions, feedback, complaints, or crises
professionally and promptly, maintaining the brand reputation.
Responsible for curating, moderating approvals, and leveraging User Generated Content (UGC) as part of the content strategy.
Work with marketing stakeholders (product, trade, services, engineering, etc.) to develop social media content to support new product launches and marketing roadmap priorities.
Collaborate with the global team and other marketing organizations on strategic initiatives and pilot programs including but not limited to the development of the materials, the deployment, the community management, analysis, and feedback.
Gather insights and utilize metrics on a regular basis to evaluate social media performance and make recommendations on improvements and optimizations
Define, implement, and communicate metrics to stakeholders to drive and inform decision making.
Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies and remain competitive.
Facilitate employee enablement education and training regarding social media guidelines and best practices throughout all levels of the organization that supports positive brand messaging and visibility.
Be the spokesperson of client North America social channels for live events, video creation, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Adverse Working Conditions:

Job requires occasionally walking on construction sites and uneven surfaces, as well as climbing
scaffolding, ladders, and stairs during all seasons of the year.
Depending on geography employees may be exposed to adverse heat or cold.
Construction jobsites may expose employees to excessively loud noises.
Safety Equipment Required:
Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, and long pants required for working
jobsites; must observe and abide by all safety regulations as required by client, Occupational Safety
and Health Administration (OSHA), and General Contractors
Ear protection is strongly encouraged and may be required on some jobsites

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift and carry up to 40 pounds of
audio/visual equipment.

Skills:

Minimum two (2) years? social media experience required.
Strong knowledge and direct experience with social media platforms and communication (organic
and paid)
Proven ability to work in a demanding environment while maintaining an attention to detail.
Strong project management skills required with the ability to deliver results within short timeframes.
Proven ability to develop effective, result-focused marketing communications.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage external vendors, budgets, and timelines.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and proofreading.
Strong collaborator that possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with social media management platforms like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Falcon, or similar.
Prefer experience with Photoshop and Adobe Premiere (Adobe Creative Suite)

Education:

Bachelor?s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
Minimum two (2) years? social media experience required.
