Location: Saline, MI Pay Rate: $16.00/hour + applicable shift premium Shift Premiums: 2nd Shift +$0.20/hour, 3rd Shift +$0.40/hour Overtime: Paid after 40 hours/week Shifts Available: - 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. ? 2:00 p.m. - 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. ? 10:00 p.m. - 3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m. ? 6:00 a.m. *Candidates must be available for any shift.* Employment Type: 89-day contract with potential for full-time hire based on performance and attendance. Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our team at the Saline facility. Candidates will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting the production of automotive components. Responsibilities: - Operate machinery and equipment to produce quality automotive components. - Perform assembly, inspection, and packaging of parts. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. - Meet production targets and quality standards. Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED preferred. - Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8?10 hours. - Strong attendance record and reliability. | |
