Shifts 1st 5:00am to 3:00 pm Shift 2nd 5:00pm to 3:00 am Temp to Hire after 90 working days Pay $16.00 to $18:00 Based on experience JobsRus is recruiting for full time general labor individuals that are looking for a career in manufacturing. Client will train in various areas of the plant. The general labor person will assist with various tasks to support the production process. They are responsible for physically demanding tasks like loading and unloading materials, assisting in operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment, perform quality checks, follow safety procedures, and assist skilled workers. ? Material Handling Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment. This may involve using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting. ? Production Assistance: .Assisting with assembly line tasks, packaging finished products, and learning how to operating machinery with supervision. ? Workplace Maintenance: .Cleaning and organizing work areas, removing debris, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. ? Quality Control: .Performing basic quality checks on products, reporting any defects or malfunctions to supervisors. ? Safety Compliance: .Following safety procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any safety hazards. ? Assisting Skilled Workers: .Supporting machine operators, maintenance personnel, and other skilled tradespeople with various tasks. Skills and Qualifications: ? Physical Stamina: The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods. ? Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks like quality checks and following instructions. ? Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other team members and supervisors. ? Basic Machinery Operation: Some roles may require operating basic machinery like forklifts or power tools. Once Trained ?
