Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Shift Details : 1st shift Day starts at : 06:00AM Day Ends at : 02:30PM Working Days : Monday - Friday DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: Managing Transportation: Coordinating the movement of goods and materials, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock, and ensuring accurate records. Communication and Coordination: Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable navigating and finding information on the internet, be organized and self-managed, flexible and able to move back and forth between multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, and experienced working in an office environment. Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the logistics process, such as delays, damage, or discrepancies. Requires the ability to read, write, and understand English, basic arithmetic skills and a High School diploma or equivalent. Documentation: Preparing and maintaining necessary documentation, such as shipping manifests, customs paperwork, and invoices. Microsoft Office Word and Excel (experience with MS Outlook, Google Docs and Oracle a plus. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards |
