Material Handler III Full-Time (Day Shift) Location: [San Jose, CA] Pay: $30/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM -5:00 PM PPE: Steel-toe shoes required Drug Test: Not required Benefits: 401k Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Weekly Pay (Every Friday) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Material Handler III to join our warehouse operations team. This role plays a critical part in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement using various types of MHE. The ideal candidate will bring stockroom experience, strong attention to detail, and a stable job history. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Inventory Pick, pack, and scan items using RF technology Build pallets and prepare shipments Replenish stock locations and verify order accuracy Utilize ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory Shipping & Receiving Load/unload inbound and outbound shipments Process shipping documentation (domestic & international) Operate shrink-wrappers, dock equipment, and forklifts Maintain clean and organized dock areas Equipment & Safety Operate MHE (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Counterbalance) Follow all company safety standards and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) Report equipment issues and maintain forklift certification Participate in required safety and hazmat training Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or 3+ years of relevant experience Forklift Certification (Required) Experience with Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Counterbalance (slip/clamp) Strong communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with RF scanning and ERP/WMS (SAP preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, physical environment Must demonstrate job stability.No frequent job changes or short-term roles Additional Info Work is performed near moving mechanical equipment Exposure to physical activity including lifting, standing, and bending Cross-training opportunities are available for growth ADA accommodations available upon request Apply Now!
