1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST preferred

Job Description
Designs and coordinates company communications. Responsible for maintaining policies and procedures, monitoring company media, and utilizing electronic publishing technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area (BA a+ but not req'd). Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor.

Daily and weekly earned media reporting about the client, StreetEasy and the real estate industry in general. Multiple written reports due each Friday morning.
Occasional monthly or quarterly reporting, rounding up key wins, events and media stories.
Compiling coverage from weekly reports into various trackers (spreadsheets and Google Docs) to assist with metric evaluation.
Possible occasional writing assignments, to include monthly rental market reports and monthly LinkedIn newsletters.
Possible work with social media team, to include drafting copy and boosting social media posts.

Looking for more PR experience (tracking media coverage, media outlet/reporter research, writing, etc.) and less social media manager experience.

Must have:
Minimum 1-2 years PR experience. Must be able to hit the ground running on day 1.
Earned media monitoring experience (i.e., reviewing print and TV news stories and compiling relevant stories into a written report or other tracker).
Familiarity with Google Docs and Slack, or similar tools.
Ability to take instructions well.
Ability to work independently.
Prior experience with medium to large companies
