Weekly Pay! 6 Month Contract Pay Rate - $54/hr Shift: 7am-7pm, 3x12 Job Description Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for delivering individualized nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, utilizing evidence-based clinical judgment and theoretical nursing concepts. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency nursing experience, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on established standards and the individual needs of patients. Manage acute and emergent patient situations with critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills. Provide care to a diverse patient population with varying levels of acuity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care. Accurately document care in the EPIC EMR system. Minimum Requirements: Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS (all required). Experience: Minimum of 3 years recent experience in an Emergency Department setting. Must be able to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, unpredictable situations. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: CPEN, C-EFM, TNCC, ENPC, Fetal Monitoring Experience caring for a broad range of patient types, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
