If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, this role could be your perfect fit! 33.00 an hour Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Laboratory Technician to support the testing of clinical and commercial medical products. This role includes laboratory maintenance, prototype assembly, equipment setup, documentation, and execution of testing protocols in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Responsibilities ? Set up test equipment and perform tests according to written protocols and procedures. ? Accurately document test results and observations in compliance with quality standards. ? Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of product or test failures. ? Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, including test records and reports. ? Participate in the assembly of prototype components and devices. ? Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant laboratory environment. ? Adhere to all company safety and housekeeping policies. ? Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs. Required Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in a scientific or technical discipline OR High school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant lab or technical experience OR Associate degree in a scientific field with at least 1 year of laboratory experience ? Proven ability to set up lab test equipment and execute established test protocols ? Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic Skills & Competencies ? Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and lab safety standards ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines ? Excellent teamwork and communication skills ? Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to read charts, follow diagrams, and perform basic math BD04123JD | |
