Pay Rate - $22/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job Description The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the business in working together with operations, transportation and supplier resolving product returns on quality related issues. Key Responsibilities: Responsible of managing the return log file to keep track of the supplier returns Responsible of managing the Stock check file to keep track of the stock checks request from customers Responsible of processing supplier returns in a timely manner Responsible of keeping track and communicating to the team the $ inventory pending to return. Responsible for managing the inspection flag which helps in identifying defective inventory on the receiving dock. Responsible of creating MNCs in CQMS Other tasks related to Quality, as needed. Competencies: NA Education, Licenses, Certifications: Bachelor?s degree preferred but, work experience similar to key responsibilities can be substituted. Experience: Work experience in warehousing, quality and similar to key responsibilities preferred. This role is well suited for someone with strong computer skills, the ability to handle task-level activities efficiently, and a collaborative mindset for working effectively with others.
