JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Associate for our client in Nashville, TN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $23/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job Description Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under moderate supervision. Key Responsibilities: Processes payments made by customers. Prepares statements of accounts for customers. Answers basic customer inquiries. Prepares analysis of accounts. May conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements. Assists in preparing month end reporting. Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. At least a year of experience plus some education in a business discipline. Required Skills Must have excellent Excel skills with basic knowledge of functionality Ability to communicate - written and verbal Customer service skills Ability to receive and follow instruction | |
