Thursday DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Third Shift Warehouse Lead to oversee nightly warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently during off-hours. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse team members during third shift Oversee the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are always followed Provide clear communication and shift hand-offs to other team leads and management Address and resolve issues on the floor quickly and efficiently Monitor team productivity and maintain high standards of work quality and accuracy Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Reliable transportation is required Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping/receiving, and safety standards Proficiency with warehouse equipment and systems (e.g., forklifts, scanners, WMS) Ability to make sound decisions and lead a team with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working overnight hours on a consistent weekly schedule | |
