Weekly Pay! $22.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift DESCRIPTION: KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Assemble and load key components into Furnace. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues. Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks. Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements. Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively. Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively. YOU MUST HAVE: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous Machining experience. Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment. Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.
