Job Title: Warehouse Operator I Location: Bapchule, AZ Pay Rate: $20.00/hour 1st Shift: Monday?Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday?Friday, 11:00 AM ? 7:30 PM Positions Available: 6 Total (3 per shift) Start Date: Immediate ? hiring based on resume, no interview required Job Overview: We are currently hiring Warehouse Operator I professionals to support efficient material handling, inventory control, and equipment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and skilled in forklift operation. Key Responsibilities: Transport materials and equipment throughout the facility using forklifts or other material handling equipment Load and unload goods from trucks or aircraft Move, stack, and organize products packed in pallets, crates, or totes Ensure inventory is stored correctly and in designated storage bays Perform load checks for accuracy and safety Execute daily equipment maintenance (battery charging, lubrication, etc.) Remove waste and attachments from machines as needed Perform quality control checks on products Use RF scanners or tablets to track inventory and complete training modules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience Basic math, reading, and computer skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment Clean driving record and valid state driver?s license (if required) Must obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire (training provided) Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical or technical aptitude Familiarity with RF scanner guns and tablets Prior experience working in a large warehouse or manufacturing setting Why Join Us?
