Weekly Pay! 3 Month Contract Position Pay Rate - $36/hr Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Partnership Data Coordinator to support our team in organizing and analyzing key partnership information. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, data entry experience, and a foundational understanding of corporate communications and project coordination. Identify, inventory and create a consolidated view of all 3rd party integrations that are active. Post consolidation, the goal will be the streamline ongoing 3rd party integrations to reduce and prevent competition with our own offerings, including our payments opportunities. Key Responsibilities: ? Perform accurate and timely data entry across various tracking systems and spreadsheets ? Conduct research on a list of partners or companies to: ? Determine if a current agreement exists ? Identify and classify the agreement type (e.g., integration, master, referral, or partner agreement) ? Compile supporting details such as agreement dates, length of terms, and active customer utilization ? Coordinate basic project tasks to ensure timely collection and documentation of partner data ? Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information or clarify data points ? Prepare and format compiled data into clear, concise summaries or dashboards for leadership review ? Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout all reporting and documentation efforts ? Assist in preparing materials and communications that support partnership review and decision-making Required Skills and Qualifications: ? High attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills ? Excellent organizational and time management abilities ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel) and online research tools ? Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently ? Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn ? Familiarity with business agreements or partnerships is a plus, but not required Preferred Qualifications: ? 1?3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or project coordination ? Experience in a corporate or professional services environment ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite |
