Position: Janitorial Equipment Service Technician Location: Atlanta, GA Schedule: Monday?Friday (standard business hours), occasional weekends for emergency service Pay: $35,000 ? $60,000 annually We are seeking a mechanically inclined technician to repair and maintain janitorial equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, burnishers, and extractors. The role involves both in-shop and field service at customer locations. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair a variety of janitorial equipment - Perform routine maintenance to extend equipment lifespan - Provide on-site service and customer education - Maintain service records and manage parts inventory - Keep tools, vehicles, and workspaces clean and organized Requirements: - Mechanical and/or electrical repair experience - Valid driver?s license with clean driving record - Able to lift and move 50+ lbs - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills Preferred: - Experience with battery-powered and corded equipment - Familiarity with motors, pumps, and electrical systems - Field service experience in a related industry Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, training opportunities, a company vehicle that can be taken home, and the opportunity to earn commission for completing service tickets and expanding business while in the field.
