Pay Rate - $30/hr Job Description The Capital Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the Capital Project Team and FacilitiGroup Engineers with day-to-day activities related to managing the FacilitiGroup capital program including, but not limited to, project planning reviews, contract writing, and project set up and closing in eBuilder. Major Responsibilities Preparation of contracts for capital projects Complete project planning reviews for project funding utilizing Excel Initiate new projects in eBuilder Track processes in eBuilder and assist PMs for needed follow-up Sets up new users in eBuilder Close projects in eBuilder Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of work experience Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be able to prioritize workload, be a self-starter, able to multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment. Must be detail oriented with a concern for accuracy and timeliness. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application. Experience with eBuilder and construction project management information systems preferred. | |
