JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contributes to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the assigned store goods flow tasks.
Effectively performs the store goods flow operation in the assigned area, using the available systems and tools that support an efficient goods flow process and data integrity.
Works according to inventory routines in order to maximize stock accuracy to achieve the best product availability for the customer.
Commits to all client health, safety and security rules and requirements within the area of responsibility, and actively helps colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building, and client products.
Contributes to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work by being involved in the goal-setting process.
Contributes to optimized goods flow operations within the assigned goods flow process by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples.
Shares knowledge and skills to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store.
Clean and clear debris from the dock and outflow areas to ensure safety and improved traffic flow.
Sort and organize equipment, tools, and materials to support inventory accuracy and lean operations.
Move and reposition equipment and fixtures as directed to optimize space usage and support safer movement of goods.
Collaborate with goods flow leaders to determine best placement for frequently used items, including pallets, cages, voss machine, and additional machinery.
Support inventory of tools and equipment to ensure functional and properly stored items remain accessible.
Adhere to all client safety standards, including lifting techniques and safe use of any manual handling equipment.

Requirements for Participation:

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects in excess of 50 lbs with frequent physical movement, including stooping, crouching, and reaching.
Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including in hot or cold temperatures.
Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
