Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Tech to join our dynamic team in the medical devices industry. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our medical equipment used in vital healthcare applications. This position involves a combination of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure all medical devices meet regulatory standards and function at peak efficiency. You will work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and enhance equipment performance. Your expertise will help improve the reliability of our medical devices, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule and Pay:
Mon to Fri 3pm-11:00pm | $25.00/hr

Responsibilities:
? Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
? Maintenance Tasks: Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
? Repairs: Conduct minor and major repairs on building structures and systems, including plumbing, electrical, controls, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
? Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance to avoid potential breakdowns and malfunctions.
? Equipment Management: Install and set up new equipment, machinery, and maintain an inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
? Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
? Documentation: Document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.


Experience:
? High School diploma or GED,
? 2-3 years of relevant experience, required.


Knowledge and Skills:
? Performs general facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping on automated conveyors systems.
? Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
? Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds, as required.
? Maintain MHE batteries, as required. ? Uses judgment to plan, perform, troubleshoot, and problem solve in performance of all maintenance tasks.
? May be required to work on off shift and/or weekends and must be available for call in activity.
? Basic electrical knowledge of 12 volt, 24 volt AC/DC power
? Basic electrical knowledge of 120V/208V power
? Basic electrical knowledge of 277V/480V power
? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
? Basic knowledge of Work Order process (SAP) BD04123JD
