Pay Rate - $95-105/hr Job Description This project aims to implement a new Quality Document Management System to modernize and migrate from existing on-prem solution to a new SaaS solution (SinglePoint). The Business Analyst will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, writing user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, writing test case, organizing UAT activities, cutover and migration planning, and helping to ensure successful delivery. Our approach will leverage Agile SCRUM methodology. We?ll manage the project using Azure DevOps as our SCRUM tool for Epics, Features, User Stories, and Test Plans, while also following our System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and implemented. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams. Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Develop process models, diagrams, and documentation to support proposed changes. Solution Design and Implementation: Work with IT teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet compliance standards. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and decision-making. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting activities. Project Management Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 10 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proven experience in [SDLC, Azure DevOps]. Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Proficiency in tools such as [Azure DevOps, Visio, Excel, etc.]. Skills and Competencies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
