Duration: 6-month contract (potential for full-time hire) ?? Pay Rate: $75-78.00/hour Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Sr. Analyst with strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills to support strategic business decisions through impactful analytics and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is experienced in building dashboards, analyzing trends, and presenting insights clearly to all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage analytical models and dashboards to drive business insights. Use data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) to create effective and intuitive reports. Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability of dashboards. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support end users through training and best practices. Partner with stakeholders to identify analytic needs and solutions. Must-Have Skills: Advanced Excel (Power user level). Strong SQL skills. Power BI (dashboard creation and maintenance). Excellent data storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with high attention to detail. 3+ years of relevant analytics experience. Nice-to-Have: HR data experience. Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud, R, Python, or SPSS. Knowledge of AI/ML tools or certifications. Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or a related field. | |
