Weekly Pay! $26.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Day Starts at: 05:00AM Day End at : 01:30PM JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION SUMMARY: With direct guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks of a routine scope and nature in one or more of the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, and facility, equipment and machinery cleaning. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities may include some or all of the following: Perform general maintenance duties in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting and air conditioning. Perform minor repair to clogged drains and plumbing equipment. Assist in cleaning and lubricating machinery and other mechanical equipment. Assist maintenance mechanics or technicians. Remove metal shavings, replace cutting fluids and clean machinery and area around machines. Clean rest rooms and replenish rest room supplies. Maintain safety standards and keep floors clean and dry. Move supplies, equipment and furniture. Perform other related responsibilities. Job Requirements: One year maintenance or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Required to lift up to 50 pounds. May require forklift operator certificate. Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with others and be a participative team player. Education: High School or equivalent | |
