Position Title: Production Technician # of Openings: 20 Start Date: July 7, 2025 (No flexibility due to mandatory safety orientation) Shift: Night Shift (8- and 12-hour schedules available) Pay Rate: $21/hour (Training on day shift paid at $20/hour) Position Summary: Bridgestone is seeking 20 motivated and reliable Production Technicians to join its manufacturing team. These roles are critical to maintaining production efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be available to start on July 7, 2025, and be open to working night shifts, including overtime when required. Job Description: Production Technicians are responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment used in machining, processing, assembly, or packaging operations. This position requires strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment Move, sort, and pack raw materials and finished goods Monitor product quality; identify, report, or rework defective items Maintain accurate production and equipment records Follow all safety and quality protocols Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or distribution is required High School Diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75+ lbs occasionally Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs throughout the facility Work Schedules: 8-Hour Night Shift Options: 10:45 p.m. ? 7:15 a.m. (Primary shift) 2:45 p.m. ? 10:45 p.m. (Alternative standard shift) 6:45 a.m. ? 3:15 p.m. (Training may occur on this day shift) 12-Hour Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. ? 7:30 a.m. (Standard work shift) Rotating schedule: Week 1: Work Mon/Tue, off Wed/Thu, work Fri/Sat/Sun (48 hours) Week 2: Off Mon/Tue, work Wed/Thu, off Fri/Sat/Sun (36 hours) Training may occur on 7:00 a.m. ? 7:30 p.m. day shift Training & Compensation: Night shift rate: $21/hour Day shift training rate: $20/hour Rate adjusted based on assigned training shift Training duration TBD Overtime Requirements: 8-hour shifts: OT may occur before or after standard hours 12-hour shifts: OT may be required on scheduled off days Advance notice will be provided when possible PPE Requirements: Required: Steel-toed shoes (not provided/reimbursed) Provided: Safety glasses, ear plugs | |
