Weekly Pay! $50-55.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Working Days : Monday through Friday Day Starts at: 08:00AM Day End at : 05:00PM Description: Qualifications: Education: BA/BS Degree with 8+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics or related business experience Experience: Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross functional teams/discussions driving to solutions of complex problems. Experience with extracting and managing mass data from an ERP data warehouse extraction tool. Proficient in MS Excel data mining; including pivot tables, v-lookups, report creation, and graphing. Strong presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization. Experience interacting with customers in a helpful and friendly manner to understand their needs. Responsibilities: This role will drive the monthly S&OP process by collaborating with business leadership and operations, balancing current and long-term demand trends against supply capacity and inventory management goals. This role will create value by taking the lead on various risk mitigation activities and efforts to seize business opportunities. Ability to recognize and manage cause and effect relationship across a wide variety topics impacting supply and demand is essential (Supply Chain, Marketing, Regulatory, QA, Compliance, Stewardship, Master Data). This role would also be responsible for the end-to-end fulfillment process including order to cash order entry? Knowledge/Skills: Collaborates with key business partners while strengthening the Sales & Operations Planning relationships between Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and our customers. Ability to independently lead cross functional teams/discussions driving to solutions of complex problems. Define, implement and refine cross-functional processes to align with standard Sales & Operations best practices among other business units. Communicates and coordinates meetings with key influencers (Marketing, Master Planning, Controlling, Sales Support, Quality) to align on mitigation activities along with action plans to resolve critical business risks. Advocates for change management, to ensure there is Operations and Business alignment on risk and opportunities of changes prior to implementation (Forecasting, Asset, Strategy, Risk Mitigation, Etc.) Ability to maintain effective and open communication with internal customers, ensuring customer service levels are being met and management is kept informed. Serves as a key partner for the commercial team, driving resolution on identified risks and opportunities to achieve short- and long-term business initiatives. Effectively and efficiently manage order to cash process activities such as expediting, basic returns, back order monitoring, sample and zero-dollar orders, consignment order process, and removing obstacles that may impact customer requirements and client's ability to satisfy them.
