JobsRUs.com is currently hiring material handlers for a temp to per opportunity located in the city of North Little Rock, AR 72117. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and the opportunity to be permanently hired on by a new local company. Essential Functions: ? Moves materials off trucks, pallets or racks and prepare orders for shipment while sorting and segregate materials onto correct pallet or other locations based on item number. ? Place labels on boxes or pallets as instructed in the process ? Wrap pallets with stretch wrap and other packaging supplies ? Put away product in designated warehouse locations ? Identify damage, loss, or surplus of materials and communicate issues ? Utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) equipment to track product ? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ? Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, push and pull and withstand temperatures in a warehouse environment. ? Ability to understand and follow instructions ? Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers ? Keep clean and safe work environment ? Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations, including safety. Required Education and Experience: ? High school diploma or GED preferred ? 1 year of relevant warehouse and distribution experience preferred ? Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment ?
