Weekly Pay! $22.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift Working Days : Monday - Friday Day Starts at: 7:30AM Day End at : 4:30PM Description: The Facility Maintenance Technician assists senior technicians with maintenance and repair tasks related to the organization's buildings, equipment, and systems. Responsibilities include general facility upkeep, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, dock equipment maintenance, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Support facility technicians with maintenance and repair tasks. Perform minor electrical repairs, welding, and plumbing work. Conduct inspections and minor repairs on roofing, concrete, dock equipment, and storage systems. Maintain facility assets through preventative maintenance. Log work activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Participate in on-call duties and emergency response. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED (facility maintenance tech school preferred). Skills: Ability to read technical procedures and perform basic math calculations. Certifications: Valid driver?s license, client defensive driving program, and Powered Industrial Equipment Certification (within 3 months). Physical & Work Conditions: Requires standing, walking, climbing, and occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs). Exposure to extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and mechanical equipment. Non-traditional work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. | |
