Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Working Days: Monday - Friday Day Starts at: 09:00 AM Day End at : 05:00 PM Description: 3-5 Years of Experience. This is a Sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates and customers. As a CSR the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible. Responsibilities include answering all incoming concerns or needs from all customers; key pick-up requests, handling transportation or routing on delivery questions, processing will-call orders, providing customers with invoice copies, monitoring orders before cut-off, communicating regularly with the AE and customers, and managing the same-day deliveries for OPCO. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, Strong telephone communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to sit and work at a P/C for extended periods and must be proficient in MS Office. | |
