Job Description
1.Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
2. Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Develop process models, diagrams, and documentation to support proposed changes.
3. Solution Design and Implementation: Work with IT teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet compliance standards. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and decision-making.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting activities.
6. Project Management Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Required Education, Certifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in IT or a related field
IT Business Analyst certification
Document management system implementations
10+ years of experience
