DESCRIPTION: Accountant Assistant / Accounts Payable PURPOSE: To provide support to the accounting department JOB DUTIES: ? Pay all company bills as required ? Complete daily production revenue analysis report ? Process all pending invoices ? Follow up with Vendors to make sure all invoices are delivered ? Month end report ? Additional duties may be assigned as needed EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: ? Strong communication skills both oral and written. ? Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel ? Minimum 1-3 years experience in accounting -Long term permanent position -Start as soon as possible -Monday - Friday (occasional OT as needed) 1st shift: 7AM - 3:30PM -Please submit your resume for consideration | |
